V1 - Grilled eggplant, semi-sun dried tomato spread, fetta cheese and salad.                      

V2 - Antipasto mix with home made mayonnaise and salad.

Achard de legumes (vegetable pickle spiced with Creole spices, cooked in light oil)

Carri de pomme-de-terre (Potato curry with Creole spice).

Rougaille (tomato base sauce with onions and Creole spice).                                     

Gateau Piment – split pea, chili, coriander balls                                        

Briani – meat & rice based dry curry                                                                                

Pain Fourre – Mauritian style chicken, home made mayo and salads on toasted Turkish roll
